The company is seeking a Compliance Transformation Manager to drive strategic compliance initiatives within Payoneer's complex environment, enabling continuous business growth. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams like Growth and Operations to design and execute projects, and working closely with the Compliance Chief of Staff to plan and implement large-scale programs and enhance the department's operating model.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work independently with broad guidance, manage multiple priorities, and lead through influence
  • Fast learner, with bias for action
  • Strong problem solving to drill down to root cause/ deal with ambiguity
  • Must be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Time management/prioritization, high attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • at least 2 years in Program or Project Management

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of projects that align with Payoneer’s strategic goals, including both internal department initiatives and company-wide transformations.
  • Serve as a central coordination point between Compliance and other departments, ensuring transparency, collaboration, and representation in key organizational efforts.
  • Oversee the development and communication of key metrics to support data-informed decision-making and drive accountability across the function.
  • Thought partner to the CCO Office, providing insights on process improvements, communication strategy and risk identification.
  • Provide high-level reporting, insights, and progress updates, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed on priorities, risks, and outcomes.
