About The Position

The Boeing Company is looking for a Compliance Team Lead to join the Global Finance team in one of the locations below: Alabama: Huntsville Arizona: Mesa Missouri: Hazelwood Texas: Plano Washington: Seattle The Boeing Global Finance Compliance (GFC) team supports Boeing’s Global Strategy and enables profitable, executable, and compliant global business by leading all facets of the One Boeing Global Process (OBGP). In this role you will: Lead a team of 3 integrators responsible for facilitating the One Boeing Global Process (OBGP) by partnering across functions and support project implementation for new global business activity Play a key role in engaging with and advising the business on the critical requirements, risks and opportunities to ensure compliant stand-up of emergent global activity in a manner that also reduces complexity Provide leadership, delegate tasks, provide technical training and coach/mentor team on day-to-day work Serve as management delegation and represent the department in management’s absence Position Responsibilities: Serve as a critical partner to Boeing Defense, Space and Security/Boeing Global Services-Government (BDS/BGS-G) programs with existing and expanding international operations Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure early engagement. Develop, implement, prioritize and oversee multiple OBGP opportunities utilizing Enterprise Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) tool for emergent international activities Partner with key functions by leveraging relationships and communication skills to meet business need date requirements Provide compliance requirements to the business supporting proposals Engage with the enterprise to develop international technical acumen Understand and communicate go to market approach and key strategies Develop strategies and execution plans that ensure effective and compliant business results by integrating technical capabilities, business opportunities and risks, operational constraints and company goals associated with new international operations. Advise management, program leaders, and other stakeholders on implications and risks associated with international activities, by overseeing OBGP briefings for full-circle messaging. Partner with colleagues to ensure management is aware of business ramifications, off-ramps, alternatives, and decision timing to enable profitable, executable, and compliant international business growth. This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with defense programs
  • 3+ years of experience preparing and delivering Microsoft PowerPoint presentations to leadership or a customer group
