Overall Purpose: Ensures organizational adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies by overseeing the development and implementation of compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and performing control audits to safeguard data security, privacy, and customer protection. Role Summary: The Lead Compliance Analyst oversees, manages, and coordinates compliance requirements across External & Legislative Affairs. A significant portion of the role focuses on examining and managing brand impact reviews required to ensure organizational contributions and activities align with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards. The role also supports business-unit-owned risk management by establishing and managing a compliance program that addresses enterprise-wide risks as well as risks unique to the organization. This second-level role sets guidelines and develops monitoring, analytics, and reporting to help ensure ongoing compliance with existing and emerging requirements.
