The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity for a Quality Assurance Supervisor at the Intensive Behavior Center. We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead Incident Management and Quality Improvement & Compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The position oversees data collection, trend analysis, and strategy development for incident prevention, while serving as a liaison with regulatory agencies and managing DOJ investigations. Additionally, the role directs the organization’s quality improvement program, monitors performance metrics, and ensures compliance with policies, training, and audits. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership and committees to drive continuous improvement, maintain accreditation standards, and safeguard patient care and organizational integrity. This position Develops and coordinates incident management. This position supervises three full time FTE's. The Intensive Behavior Center (IBC) is an intensive, short-term treatment facility in Boulder, Montana for individuals who have intellectual disabilities. This 12-bed facility provides an environment for building healthy, effective, and fulfilling lives so those receiving treatment can live successfully in the community after discharge.
