Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 4 years customer service, distribution, or foodservice experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience overseeing higher grade employees or teams.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate processes and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, deadline management, and requiring minimal direction on activities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience including pivots, lookups, and PowerQuery.

Nice To Haves

  • Power BI and/or SQL knowledge may be preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to validate the accuracy of deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor team members, including oversight of a data intelligence team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
  • Resolve complex discrepancies directly with internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • Provide advanced reporting to stakeholders and complete other ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Provide monthly standardized reporting for various departments.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting for various departments.
  • Review and enhance process design and documentation.
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies.
  • Develop working knowledge of team responsibilities across data intelligence.
