About The Position

The Compliance Project Manager is responsible for managing All Care To You’s Compliance e-mail inbox and ensuring the timely and quality completion of Compliance related deliverables. The Compliance Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a project from initiation to completion. This includes planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and closing projects to ensure they meet organizational goals and deadlines. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure quality deliverables while adhering to established processes and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • 2 years’ Project Management experience within in a healthcare administration organization
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a positive team atmosphere
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Strong ability to multi-task, project management, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability in problem-solving
  • Ability to self-manage, strong time management skills
  • Ability to work in an extremely confidential environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency using Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) and Adobe

Nice To Haves

  • Authorization and Claim processing understanding preferred.
  • EZ-Cap experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Primary resource for monitoring and triaging all incoming requests to the All Care To You Compliance Department including but not limited to the group e-mail address.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Responsible for creating Azure tickets within the Compliance department or other departments Azure boards with all required elements of the request, due date, etc.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resources
  • Coordinate resources, teams, and materials required to complete the project
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones to key stakeholders
  • Responsible for documenting and updating the status of all created Azure tickets to ensure leadership has visibility and understanding of all outstanding work
  • Ensure all project communication is clear, concise, and transparent whether inter-departmental or cross department
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies (i.e. not enough IT resources to assist with an incoming request)
  • Monitor roadblocks and risks throughout the project lifecycle and adapt plans to address changes
  • Address issues and resolve conflicts promptly to minimize project disruptions
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the defined quality standards and requirements
  • Conduct regular quality assessments and implement corrective actions and process improvements when necessary
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Track and report on project performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
  • Maintain detailed records for project progress, challenges, and successes
  • Provide timely and accurate project status reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed to the satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess the success and identify areas for improvement
  • Close out project documentation and ensure proper handoff to operations or other pertinent departments
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing Compliance related transition project items
  • Assist with the development of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for regulatory agencies as it pertains to the timely and quality completion of Compliance project plans
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
