The Compliance Officer supports the implementation and maintenance of a coordinated and integrated Compliance Program at Intermountain Health. This position demonstrates an understanding of the regulations that govern healthcare and works to ensure compliance with those regulations. This position investigates issues, provides education and information, assesses risks, and monitors outcomes at the care site/share services area. This position is accountable to implement Compliance & Ethics monitoring and auditing activities using established processes and professional judgement for assigned care sites and service areas - currently assigned as Park City Hospital, Heber Valley Hospital, surrounding Medical Group clinics, and at least one functional area within Intermountain Health. The role is hybrid and will require travel to areas where Intermountain conducts business. We will consider candidates who live in, or are willing to relocate to, Utah.
