TD Bank is seeking a Manager to assist with governing and enhancing reporting documentation and building and executing a quality control function for compliance board and management reporting, and proactively addressing audit requests for reporting information. The role requires excellent drafting, analytical skills, business writing skills, strong organization skills, attention to detail, and strong executive communication skills to interact with senior compliance stakeholders. The Compliance Governance & Operations Manager leads the development and implementation (or lead support) of enterprise Compliance programs, including frameworks, policies, standards and development of procedures, awareness and specialized training, monitoring, reporting and information, escalation of issues and events. Our team currently operates under a hybrid work model, with employees expected to work in the office two days per week. Starting in November 2025, this expectation will increase to four days per week.
