About The Position

The Compliance Manager performs a vital role in Snow Companies’ overall regulatory compliance, enforcement, and implementation of strict standard business practices to ensure that the client services delivered by Snow are of the highest quality. The Compliance Manager reports to the VP, Compliance Operations. Snow’s business is centered around the patient journey, and the Compliance Manager, like all positions at Snow, must be open, compassionate, and sensitive to the unique life experiences of these patients and caregivers. The Compliance Manager must be able to incorporate the unique patient/caregiver experience into the strategies and solutions we provide to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain contract documents: track key dates (expiration) oversee Master Services Agreements (MSA) review, approval, and signing update M files (executed contracts repository) with completed MSAs maintain MSA Management spreadsheet maintain MSA database oversee finalization and receipt of ancillary agreements (DPAs, PV/safety agreements, data sharing agreements, travel/expense policies, etc.) maintain business development (BD) contract files (Euler grade, Non-Disclosure Agreements, MSA drafts)
  • Coordinate with OMC Risk Management for review of MSA insurance terms
  • Coordinate with Snow Privacy and Compliance for review of Data Privacy Agreement (DPA), privacy, and Pharmacovigilance (PV) terms
  • Maintain Statement of Work (SOW) library
  • Assist finance with new client onboarding
  • Submit Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests
  • Coordinate workflow between internal departments (finance, legal, compliance, BD, account services)
  • Review/approve CSC (corporate filing) invoices
  • Administer Snow Standard Contract Templates (NDAs, Ambassador Agreements, Print/Film Releases, Waiver of Honoraria, etc.)
  • Liaise with Ambassador Services to execute Ambassador Contract requests
  • Execute Snow’s Individual Rights Request Process
  • Work with Snow’s Client Finance and Account teams to review SOWs as needed
  • Recommend changes that will improve quality and efficiency and reduce cost
