Coordinates, facilitates all work related to Predictive Pay Markets and Fair Work Week practices, ensuring that hiring managers meet requirements. Develop, design, maintain and execute a reporting schedule and documentation of reporting procedures; ensure the timely and accurate generation of all reporting, ensuring consistency and standardization amongst the various types of reports and databases. Assist in the execution and distribution of standard metric reports, preparation of compliance input for management reviews and presentations. Assist in regulatory assessments following established procedures; and prepare appropriate reports of audit findings to audited parties and management representatives Investigate and develop solutions to procedure and process-related issues.
