The Compliance/HRIS Administrator supports the company’s HR compliance functions by reviewing and auditing Form I-9 documentation and ensuring accuracy throughout the process while processing e-Verify cases and monitoring for updates. This role will have some responsibility for daily data entry, upkeep, and integrity of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for HR compliance processes, including receiving new-hire paperwork electronically and auditing Form I-9s for accuracy and completeness; return incorrect forms for correction and follow up to ensure compliance. Process e-Verify cases by entering required information into the secure Department of Homeland Security system. Administer the Tentative Non-Confirmation (TNC) process, ensuring timely communication, documentation, follow-up, and resolution, including handling Final Non-Confirmation outcomes. Review personnel data for employees applying for Airport badges, verifying accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements. Assist with maintaining HRIS data integrity by performing routine audits, testing system changes, generating reports, and analyzing data flows to support process improvement opportunities. Support HRMS data cleanup and functional testing. Maintain and protect confidential employee information in accordance with company policies and regulations. Actively participate in system-related projects and provide administrative support as needed. Monitor inventory of printed HR materials and coordinate shipping to FGO stores.
