The Customer Compliance Database Coordinator is responsible for managing United Site Services' customer vetting and safety compliance databases, ensuring the organization meets all external customers', regulatory, and contractual safety requirements. This role supports internal stakeholders, including Sales, Onboarding, Operations, Contracts, Human Resources and Safety through maintaining accurate safety data, managing compliance documentation, and coordinating safety-related submissions across multiple customer platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at navigating complex compliance environments. The position also manages customer compliance audits and maintains the USS Safety Manual as a core compliance artifact.
