The primary focus of the Compliance Coordinator is to ensure compliance with federal and state programs, including but not limited to Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HUD/Project Based Section 8 (PBS8), Public Housing, and local programs throughout the company portfolio. The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for providing program monitoring support to Property Management to ensure compliance with applicable housing programs. Due to the travel requirements of the role, this individual must be located within a reasonable distance of Beacon properties.
