Under routine supervision, this role upholds adherence with federal, state, and local regulations while facilitating human resources compliance services, including I-9, immigration, and/or unemployment. This role may be assigned to a specialty with opportunity to cross-train. The incumbent manages end-to-end case processing, performs detailed documentation reviews and audits, resolves discrepancies, and communicates effectively with internal stakeholders and external entities (vendors, regulatory agencies, etc.) to facilitate outcomes.
