Compliance Complaints Analyst duties: Support the Banks Complaint Management Department in ensuring the complaints program has connectivity across the company by supporting organizational projects designed to continue improving complaint data quality & reporting. Focused on ensuring that enterprise complaints program has connectivity across the companys diverse business units in compiling and analyzing complaint related data. Additionally, the role will support and lead organizational projects designed to continue improving the bank's ability to continuously monitor for potential risks and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
