About The Position

We are seeking a Compliance and Facilities Site Supervisor to support day-to-day contractor oversight and site compliance activities. This role supports the senior manager by supervising contractor activity on site, checking site work, verifying insurance compliance, and keeping permit and safety records accurate. It fits a hands-on technician or coordinator with growing experience in facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily contractor activity.
• Confirm contractors follow safety rules.
• Review insurance documents before work starts.
• Verify COIs match site requirements.
• Track expirations and request updated documents.
• Support permit tracking and renewals.
• Prepare files for inspections.
• Update records after repairs or upgrades.
• Report issues to the senior manager.
• Oversee fire suppression service visits.
• Log inspection results.
• Follow up on open findings.
• Monitor CO2 refill work in the field.
• Inspect work areas after contractor tasks.
• Confirm work matches scope.
• Report quality or safety concerns.
• Document site observations with photos and logs.
• Track structural and mechanical inspection dates.
• Coordinate access for vendors.
• Log boiler and backflow testing records.
• Record water testing results.
• Maintain compliance files.
• Support emergency response drills.
• Collect quotes and invoices for review.
• Communicate schedules with engineering and maintenance teams.
