We’re seeking a Complex Director of Revenue Management to drive top-line performance for the Westin and Aloft San Francisco Airport. This is a high-impact role for a forward-thinking leader who knows how to balance strategy, analytics, and collaboration to unlock revenue potential and outperform the market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Management, preferably in a complex or multi-property environment
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of hotel sales, distribution channels, and revenue optimization strategies
  • Experience with major hospitality CRM and revenue management systems
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the overall revenue strategy across both properties, driving RevPAR index growth and market share
  • Develop dynamic pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize profitability
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitive data to uncover opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Leverage revenue management systems and tools to deliver accurate forecasting and optimal inventory controls
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on group strategy, promotions, and total hotel performance
  • Lead and inspire revenue-focused conversations through regular strategy meetings and performance reviews
  • Continuously evaluate results and pivot strategies to stay ahead of market shifts
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, tools, and innovations to drive ongoing success
