Will be in office at least 3 days/week. (Hybrid Position if Local to Southfield; Remote if not Local) Qualifications: Experience: Administration and implementation of fixed and variable compensation plans. Knowledge of Insurable Plans. Benefits and pension expert in MX with knowledge of local laws, legislation, regulation and cultural expectations. Management of benefit providers. Communication campaigns for compensation and benefits. Ability to speak Advanced or Fluent Spanish Responsibilities: Ensure a competitive benefits plan aligned with market trends by participating in plan negotiations or renewals to improve terms and service; integrate new programs that add value for employees and the company; create benefits campaigns that reinforce appreciation of total rewards; escalate issues to account executives in case of conflicts; and audit the Uruguay team's operational processes to deliver the expected service level that positions CLIENT as an employer of choice and helps motivate and retain internal staff. (Main benefit plans: Major Medical Insurance, Portability/Conversion Rights, Life Insurance, Funeral Benefits, Pension Plan, BOP). Deep dive with CLIENT GB Mexicana C&B team to understand current state of benefits & pension programs to 1. identify the work that needs to be absorbed within Coatings/NewCo and 2. identify opportunities to outsource activities to future BPO and interim solutions until BPO is set-up. Support knowledge transfer/build out for Coatings/NewCo; act as PMO for Day 1-Readiness. Manage the broker dealing with life insurance benefits, major medical insurance, dental insurance, car insurance, etc., keep track of policies, life insurance consents, billing and contract renewals of suppliers to ensure the quality of service and coverage for employees. Follow up on and ensure Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility processes during the company's Mergers, Acquisitions and Separations by participating in sessions with stakeholders; analyzing the target company's salary and benefits information to propose harmonization alternatives; costing integration options; and reviewing legal compliance of their plans, in order to meet the timing, cost, and objectives set by the company. Manage payment of the following benefits: Savings fund, loans and savings fund withdrawals in order to release the corresponding funds to employees in accordance with established schedules for benefit payments. Participate in mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs to guarantee compliance with compensation and benefits processes and ensure operational continuity. Administer the Recognizing YOU program, review supplier reports and send the information to the payroll area for inclusion in order to strengthen the culture of personnel recognition and motivation. Prepare reports on indicators, personnel cost calculations, increases and bonuses to provide information for decision making and ensure budget alignment. Manage discounts and promotions programs as well as educational agreements: Total Pass, Cinepolis, Mabe, Universities, etc. in order to improve the employee value proposition by increasing satisfaction and loyalty through the effective use of benefits and alliances. Deliver food voucher cards for new employees as well as renewed or additional cards to ensure distribution of the benefit and maintain employee satisfaction. Implement necessary actions in accordance with compensation policy regarding: Increases, bonuses, pay scales, variable plans, grandfathering and HUB activities by means of market analysis and reporting to maintain fairness, competitiveness and facilitate talent attraction and retention. Comply with Ecology, Hygiene and Safety roles and responsibilities established for the position in accordance with procedure P.T.63 33 - EHS Roles and Responsibilities at the Tultitlan Site. Comply with Quality Procedures and Practices (IATF 16949) , Environmental Protection (ISO 14001) and health and safety standards in order to contribute to business objectives, customer satisfaction and pollution prevention.
