Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of compensation or HR-related experience
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree (may substitute for experience)
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on job classification and compensation policies
- Support compensation data systems and initiatives
- Advise HR partners and recruiters on compensation principles
- Lead job classification and reclassification processes
- Maintain integrity of Workday job catalog
- Conduct market parity and equity studies
- Recommend pay plan adjustments based on benchmarks
- Perform other related duties as assigned
