You will be the go-to expert for data analysis and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. Your role will involve driving operational and organizational optimizations. If you're passionate about working with data, developing innovative models, and diving deep into compensation strategies, this position is for you. This role will report to the Director of Compensation Programs, Operations and Systems. This role is hybrid and located in San Mateo, California.
