Key Job Responsibilities This role is responsible for processing SPEN,POP FCS updates and designations as well as act as a BA for the business line they support for over 3k FPs for wealth management. This role is also responsible for the processing of collective POP, and this is a functionality that needs to be maintained for our top producer groups. They will also be responsible for the testing and changes related to the business line and processes that they support as well as support the GDC initiative Individual will also be cross trained to support customer service line as needed during shortage and potential attrition.
