This role ensures employee pay, benefits, and supporting HR systems are administered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This position serves as the primary administrator for the company’s HRIS/HCM platforms supporting compensation, benefits, and payroll functions, with a focus on data integrity, reporting, system optimization, and process improvement.
