Our Manager, Compensation & Benefits is responsible for serving as a strategic human resources leader and will be responsible for the design, implementation and communication of Quva’s Total Rewards Strategy. The Manager is responsible for ensuring all of our reward programs, including Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS systems have an impact on the long- and short-term performance of the organization.
