Barr is seeking a compensation analyst to join our Human Resources team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this hybrid role, you will support Barr’s compensation programs, providing timely internal and external data to support decision making. The role – what you’ll do Responsibilities include administering annual compensation programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting FLSA classification evaluations, completing surveys and analyzing and sharing results with leaders, preparing compensation reports, assisting with compensation-related communications, and identifying and assisting with the implementation of continuous improvements. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining accurate compensation data in Workday, conducting pay equity analyses, issuing total rewards statements, and assisting with the development of the annual bonus distribution plan. This position is embedded in the compensation and benefits group and is part of Barr’s Human Resources team.
