The Compensation Analyst will play a critical role in the analysis, implementation, and administration of compensation activities and programs. In this role, the analyst will work closely with the Human Resources team and the business to provide global compensation guidance and support. The analyst will conduct surveys and benchmark studies to evaluate total compensation and use this information to make recommendations for changes or updates to the organization's compensation plans. This position will require strong analytical skills and apply sound compensation theory in the development of competitive salary structures based on relevant local salary surveys, competitive environment, economic trends, and local HR input to aid in recruiting and retention. Additionally, the analyst will regularly review and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the duties and requirements of each role. To be a successful candidate for this role, you must have excellent analytical skills, be detailed oriented, well-versed in compensation regulations and guidelines, and have the ability to communicate findings effectively to all levels of management.
