Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or specialized compensation software.
  • Understanding of compensation regulations, including FLSA, equal pay laws, and other relevant legislation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing compensation-related issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular analyses of employee compensation data and market trends to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Prepare compensation reports and presentations for leadership reviews and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement compensation policies and practices that support organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate job descriptions and classifications to maintain accuracy and alignment with market standards.
  • Monitor and assess pay equity within the organization, recommending adjustments as needed to maintain fairness.
  • Assist in developing salary ranges and compensation structures based on market research and internal equity analyses.
  • Stay up-to-date on compensation regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices are followed
