About The Position

This position serves as a compensation partner to human resources and operations. As a Compensation Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the creation, implementation and administration of Compensation programs and providing excellent service and support to internal clients. Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in compensation, data analytics, human resources or other business-related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Workday HCM platform preferred
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred
