This role is responsible for providing support for a variety of compensation processes. Key functions include the development and/or implementation of job descriptions, conducting market analysis to determine competitive pay, and participating in annual salary surveys and administration programs. The Compensation Analyst II also supports the maintenance of Human Resource management systems, assists HR Business Partners and leaders with compensation-related issues, and contributes organizational data to third-party surveys. The position involves creating ad hoc compensation reports, maintaining corporate job descriptions, and ensuring confidentiality of HR, Benefits, and Payroll records. Additionally, the role supports Payroll, Benefits, and other HR teams, assists with audit research, and contributes to system upgrades and fixes.
