Organization: SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley Position Overview: Learns and develops professional competence by compiling and maintaining survey data, completing salary surveys, performing market reviews, and evaluating job descriptions. Provides project and business support, gathers, and compiles internal and external data to prepare for the collective bargaining and market/benchmark review process, updates and maintains tables and data in Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) system and other applications and responds timely to escalated inquiries. Job Description: EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's: Human Resources, Business Administration or related field SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of the types of jobs/roles in the healthcare industry. Familiar with compensation processes and workflows. Demonstrates ability to read, understand, and apply laws and regulations. Ability to compute and apply basic mathematical and statistical calculations. Demonstrates objectivity and consistency in decision making. Ability to communicate through verbal and written means, and to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Organization skills and attention to details. Demonstrates critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to identify and analyze trends/issues and to recommend solid solutions. Displays a customer service focus in all decisions and actions. Ability to prioritize workload to complete assignments accurately and timely. Ability to interact and establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of required duties.
