Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, compensation, HR analytics, finance, or a related field with hands-on experience analyzing workforce or compensation data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, financial analysis, and large dataset management.
  • Proven experience conducting quantitative analysis, cost modeling, and compensation reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or CCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR leadership and assigned business groups to provide consultative guidance on pay decisions and compensation program design.
  • Identify compensation challenges, research best practices, and develop data-driven solutions aligned to Acadia's Compensation Philosophy.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and governance of job architecture, job evaluations, leveling frameworks, and grade alignment.
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using reputable survey sources and recommend adjustments to maintain competitive market positioning.
  • Review promotions, equity adjustments, and off-cycle pay actions to ensure internal equity and market alignment.
  • Perform cost modeling and financial impact analysis for compensation programs, structural changes, and incentive plans.
  • Support the design, modeling, administration, and evaluation of short-term incentive programs, including payout validation and effectiveness analysis.
  • Administer and enhance compensation planning systems such as HRSoft, including testing, data validation, and maintaining data integrity across HRIS platforms.
  • Partner with HR to ensure job descriptions accurately reflect role scope and market alignment.
  • Support the annual performance and merit or equity planning process, including system readiness, manager guidance, and validation of compensation recommendations.
  • Develop training materials and communications that enhance understanding of compensation programs across the organization.
  • Lead and participate in special projects including program redesign, survey strategy evaluation, and analytical studies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
