FSRI is seeking a Community Services Clinician, IC-DBT to positively impact the community. This full-time role involves providing trauma-focused diagnostic assessments and enhanced evidence-based services to children, youth, and their caregivers, both in the community and in the office. The clinician will utilize evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Systems Therapy (TST). Key aspects of the position include collaborating with case managers, the psychiatric team, and other service providers to ensure optimal client care, as well as providing emergency crisis intervention/assessment when necessary. The clinician will work as part of a trauma-focused multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based practices with fidelity.
