SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK Manages Marketing/Communication/Development Team and demonstrates expertise on associated platforms including donor, giving, project management and web. Experienced and detail-orientated and ability to provide leadership and team proficiency while acting as a resource for the team and liaison to HFS leadership. Maintain and oversee donor/sponsor/giving information and record-keeping to create efficiencies and maximize productivity by managing daily development and marketing/communications operations in support of the department’s initiatives, including fundraising. Requires continual problem solving, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, decision making, development and marketing knowledge, and communication with internal and external audiences.
