Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Community Relations Associate (Entry-Level) to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of community outreach, engagement, and partnership initiatives. You will work closely with the Community Relations team to build strong relationships with local organizations, stakeholders, and community leaders. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about community engagement, public relations, nonprofit outreach, and corporate social responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field preferred
- Strong interest in community involvement, outreach, and relationship-building
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of professionalism and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community outreach programs, events, and engagement initiatives
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, nonprofit organizations, and key stakeholders
- Support the coordination and execution of community events, volunteer activities, and charitable programs
- Collaborate with internal departments to align community relations efforts with organizational goals
- Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and engagement requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to identify partnership opportunities and assess community needs and trends
- Track, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics and program outcomes
- Support ongoing improvement of community relations strategies and initiatives
