Position Overview We are hiring a Community Outreach Representative (Entry-Level) to support and help execute our community engagement and outreach initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Community Relations team to build strong relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about community outreach, nonprofit engagement, public relations, and relationship building.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field preferred
- Strong passion for community involvement, outreach, and social impact initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and trust
- Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Motivated self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community outreach programs, events, and initiatives
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and key stakeholders
- Support coordination and participation in community events, partnerships, and charitable activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with company goals and mission
- Monitor, track, and respond to community feedback, inquiries, and engagement opportunities
- Conduct research to identify community needs, partnership opportunities, and outreach strategies
- Analyze and report on community engagement performance and impact metrics
