Your Role: Community Receptionist As a Community Receptionist , you’ll be the welcoming face of one of our large, upscale apartment communities in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. In this role, you’ll provide professional front-desk greeting, administrative support, and energetic customer service to potential and current residents. This position is currently based at our Chino community as part of a backfill need. Upon completion of this assignment, the selected candidate will transition to a similar role at another Lewis property within our portfolio. Note: These responsibilities are a general summary of the job duties performed. Other duties may be required, as needed.
Requirements
- Professionalism, polish, and a welcoming personality
- Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Availability to work 9:00am–6:00pm, weekends required (days off: Monday and Tuesday)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in upscale retail, receptionist, or sales environments a plus
- A valid driver’s license is preferred
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist residents, guests, and prospects
- Manage phones and email correspondence
- Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments
- Maintain marketing materials and front-desk displays
- Collaborate with leasing consultants and community managers
- Support community events and special projects as needed
