About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a customer service oriented Leasing Agent at our Sandusky, OH office. This centralized office oversees 11 properties with the potential for up to $75.00 per new lease signed! We are offering up to $16.00/hr. tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of paid time off. Requirements

2-3 years of customer service experience
Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment

Responsibilities

Assist with answer phones, emails, social media posts
Schedule appointments and setup tours
Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showing
Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
