This role will act as the primary coordinator for the program. Key responsibilities include develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies; organize and lead orientation and ongoing training for program volunteers and parents/students; supervise and support mentor matches and serve as a positive resource and reliable presence for volunteers, students and their families. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, plus one to two years experience in related human service field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication, organizational and event planning. Public speaking and excellent communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency auto insurance requirements. Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Must be at least 18 years of age.
