We’re looking for an experienced and driven Community Manager to oversee CC Lane Apartments & Townhomes and Main Street Townhomes —two well-established Section 42 (LIHTC) communities located just 2 miles apart. This is your opportunity to take ownership of vibrant communities where your leadership truly matters. What You’ll Do As Community Manager, you’ll be the heart of operations—balancing leadership, compliance, and resident satisfaction: Oversee daily operations across both communities Ensure full compliance with Section 42 / LIHTC regulations (certifications, files, audits) Lead leasing efforts, marketing strategies, and occupancy goals Deliver outstanding resident experiences and conflict resolution Supervise maintenance coordination and property appearance Manage budgets, reporting, and financial performance Build a positive, engaged community atmosphere What We’re Looking For Experience in property management (LIHTC / Section 42 strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance requirements Leadership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Passion for customer service and community-building Proficiency with property management software (bonus!)
