The Community Living Services (CLS) Program Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the CLS program, ensuring high-quality, person-centered support for individuals served. This includes developing and implementing program policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supervising staff, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of support for participants through established program goals and objectives. The CLS program encompasses both Independent Living Services (ILS) and Supported Living Services (SLS), ensuring individuals receive the appropriate support to live as independently as possible in their communities.
