About The Position

This person will be our face in the community - spreading the word about how amazing CareCo is and managing referral relationships. WHO ARE WE? Requirements
- Eager, motivated, high energy, energetic
- Creative thinker who can help with branding and marketing
- Strong relationship builder
- Local to Waterford area or willing to work the region
- Organized ans can manage time well
Nice To Haves
- Has existing connections in the healthcare/senior care community (HUGE plus)
Responsibilities
- Field work building relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physician practices, and community organizations
- Maintain and grow existing accounts
- Generate referrals for our skilled services
- Partially field-based, partially office-based
