As a Community Leasing Associate, you will be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and creating exceptional living experiences. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to help communities thrive. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
  • Ability to adhere to company policies
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Ability to effectively manage stress
  • Ability to work safely and respectfully with others
  • Ability to exhibit trustworthiness and professionalism
  • Ability to safeguard business operations

Nice To Haves

  • Valid driver’s license may be required
  • Leasing or real estate experience preferred
  • Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents
  • Drive the leasing process and close deals
  • Deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations
  • Manage lease files and maintain accurate records
  • Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes
  • Update social media and assist with advertising
  • Stay informed about local market trends
  • Work safely and cooperatively with others, including supervisors
  • Adhere to performance standards despite stressful conditions
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies
