Evergreen Treatment Services (ETS) has been transforming lives through innovative addiction and social services in Western Washington for over 50 years, with a mission to foster a diverse and inclusive community and achieve racial equity, health equity, and community justice. The REACH Program, a part of ETS, works with individuals experiencing homelessness and behavioral health conditions, aiming to foster community health and safety through outreach, relationship building, healing interventions, and systems advocacy for people who use drugs. REACH provides outreach-based care coordination, multidisciplinary clinical services, and support for housing access and maintenance, all based on harm reduction principles. The program incorporates a racial equity lens, actively dismantling systems of oppression and addressing historical trauma, committed to diverting individuals from the criminal legal system by rebuilding community and providing services for marginalized populations to thrive. REACH offers a range of services from survival support to linkages to essential resources like housing, legal assistance, healthcare, entitlements, and accessible treatment for substance use and mental health conditions. The team values diversity, racial equity, social justice, hard work, creativity, and humor. This dynamic, full-time position, located in Aurora/North Seattle, is a key part of the REACH team, supporting ETS's mission by acting as the primary contact for all referrals to LEAD case management. The role ensures effective communication and collaboration among all partners involved in the referral process, providing screening, outreach, and engagement to referred individuals. The coordinator will manage referrals from law enforcement and city officials, conduct street outreach as needed, and develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with all LEAD partners and service providers.
