The LEAD Program Manager role is part of the Community Justice Let Everyone Advance with Dignity formerly Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) team & Recovery Navigator Program funds that supports ETS' mission through helping Law Enforcement divert individuals engaged in low-level drug offenses and prostitution from the criminal justice system to case management services. These clients will be provided goods and social services that are hoped to help cut down on their legal recidivism. The LEAD PM will be working in conjunction with other REACH domains focused on LEAD & RNP work including Outreach, Housing, & Integrated Care domains. The LEAD Program Manager-South King County role will collaborate with Law Enforcement in the following jurisdictions: South, Southwest, Burien, Des Moines, & Algona precinct & King County Sherrif department Oversee & help facilitate data collection, data reporting, & program evaluation efforts for RNP & LEAD. This role makes a critical difference at ETS by taking responsibility for day-to-day supervision & leadership development of LEAD Supervisors through regularly scheduled individual meetings and clinical supervision. The program manager will be responsible for collaborating with reach leadership regarding the day-to-day supervision of various staff working directly or in conjunction with this role. This may include staffing all reached domains including outreach, community justice, housing and integrated care. The program manager will work in close coordination with CJ Associate Director, Seattle LEAD Program Manager, REACH Directors and other REACH leadership to ensure effective communication, collaboration and service provision. The program manager will maintain effective collaborative relationships with all internal reach and external partners and community stakeholders. The nature of this position is extremely independent, requiring creative thinking, multitasking, time management and organizational skills, public speaking and excellent interpersonal conflict resolution skills. The position is full-time onsite, and the days and hours are M-F 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It will require traveling between REACH/LEAD office & various jurisdictions supported by the LEAD program in South King County & Seattle.
