About The Position

Seafields by Bishop Gadsden Community Experience Assistant Full Time Are you a service oriented, detailed professional who loves creating welcoming, memorable experiences? Seafields by Bishop Gadsden is seeking a Community Experience Assistant to support our vibrant, service-driven community. In this role, you’ll work across departments to ensure residents, families, prospective members, and team members feel valued and supported from the moment they walk through our doors. What You Will Do: Marketing & Community Outreach Support marketing initiatives and special events. Assist in preparing marketing materials and prospect communications. Help create an outstanding first impression for prospective residents and families. Resident Move-Ins & Community Experience Partner with the Marketing Specialist on move-ins, move-outs, and welcome processes. Assist with preparing residences for move-in. Support resident activities, community programs, and events. Business Office & Financial Support Cross-train with the Business Office Assistant to provide coverage. Assist with basic administrative and financial tasks including: Invoicing support and document prep Non-decision-making data entry Filing, recordkeeping, and compliance documentation Maintain confidentiality of resident and financial information at all times. Human Resources & Team Member Support Assist with onboarding, orientation scheduling, and HR documentation. Support team members with benefits questions. Manage uniform ordering and payroll deductions. Help with team engagement activities and internal communication. General Operations Provide administrative support across departments. Assist with scheduling, reporting, and special projects. Serve as a friendly, professional ambassador for the community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in administrative support, customer service, hospitality, or senior living preferred
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and routine data entry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively across teams
