About The Position

Responsible for representing AdventHealth Well 65 practices in the community to generate leads and attract new members. This position introduces providers at local events, clubs, and organizations catering to the 65 market to share the value of primary care practices. Additionally, this role designs engaging activities within the practice to encourage members and their friends to participate in health-promoting events. In addition, this position collaborates with the dedicated care team to support individualized care for members. Contributes to improving health outcomes and patient satisfaction through effective community engagement.

Requirements

4 years community engagement and/or marketing experience
4 years successful sales experience
Customer service focused

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree
Experience working with seniors is a plus
Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

Builds and cultivates relationships in the community to generate new members.
Represents AdventHealth Well 65 at local functions and events geared for the 65 community, including health fairs, chamber events, and 65 communities.
Introduces providers at local events, clubs, and organizations catering to the 65 market to share the value of primary care practices.
Designs and implements health and wellness activities within the practice community room to attract members and nonmembers.
Interacts and strategizes with health plan brokers and representatives to host events and meetings educating the 65 population on Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans.
Provides Welcome Information Tours at the practices and answers questions for prospective members.
