The Community Engagement Manager is a key member of the Goodwill Foundation team and plays a vital role in advancing Goodwill’s mission through volunteer engagement, in-kind donations, and community partnerships. This role leads the strategy, coordination, and growth of Goodwill’s volunteer programs and community engagement initiatives, building meaningful connections that enhance the organization’s visibility, strengthen its brand, and expand its base of support. This position reports to the Director, Community Engagement, and works closely with internal departments and leadership to identify and support areas of need across the organization.
