POSITION OVERVIEW: The Community Engagement Manager (CEM) helps to advance the mission and strategic initiatives of the agency by fostering meaningful relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that deepen community involvement, promote awareness of the organization’s programs and services, and build lasting partnerships that support our Mission Critical Focus areas (community involvement, legislative advocacy, visible partnerships, family engagement, program impact and financial solvency). The CEM will serve as a key liaison between the agency and the communities we serve, building and expanding partnerships with community leaders and members.
