We’re looking for a Community Engagement Administrator to provide essential administrative, operational, and data support across the Community Engagement Team. This role ensures the smooth functioning of three core areas — Recruitment, Partnerships, and Major & Legacy Giving — by managing scheduling, logistics, communication flow, reporting, customer service, and CRM data integrity. As a member of the Community Engagement team, you will support by coordinating meetings and events, managing the general inbox and phone line, preparing briefings and reports, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records. Your work will enable the team to operate efficiently and deliver exceptional experiences to Riders, Pelotons, donors, partners, and community members.
