About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate part-time Community Employment Case Manager to support individuals participating in the Ticket to Work program. In this role, you will help clients with disabilities explore career opportunities, prepare for employment, and achieve long-term job success while maintaining compliance with program guidelines.

Requirements

• Self-starter with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (“suitability”) as required by the Social Security Administration
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Associate’s degree (or equivalent credits) in a related field plus 2 years of experience, or a high school diploma and 5 years of related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the Ticket to Work Program and Social Security benefits (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized employment counseling and career planning to Ticket to Work participants
• Assist clients with resume development, job search strategies, and interview preparation
• Provide ongoing follow-up services to ensure job retention
• Educate clients on how employment may impact Social Security benefits
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program requirements
• Monitor client progress and adjust employment plans as needed
• Stay current on Ticket to Work policies, workforce trends, and best practices.
• Assist with jobsite coverage as needed in the local area
• Provide community-based follow along supports to individuals receiving Supported Employment Services
