WES is seeking an individual to lead, strengthen, and scale the organization’s engagement with immigrant, refugee and key communities across diverse cultures, languages, and lived experiences, focusing specifically on communities that WES serves and that are relevant partners in line with the mission and work of the organization. You will serve as a strategist and relationship‑builder for immigrant engagement, working cross‑functionally to embed community‑driven perspectives into program, product and initiative development, research, advocacy, and approaches across WES. This role will be responsible for shaping WES’ community engagement strategy in relation to strengthening equity‑centered practices, and leading efforts to elevate immigrant voices in ways that inform and influence our internal operations as well as our external partnerships and advocacy. This is an exceptional opportunity for a mission‑driven leader with a proven track record in community partnership development, immigrant advocacy, strategic planning, and systems‑level organizational work, supported by a broad and well‑established community‑based network.
